Distance Sales Agreement

1-From this section onward, the entity or person providing the goods will be referred to as the SELLER, and the entities or individuals receiving the goods will be referred to as the BUYER.

2-Taxes are included in the displayed price of the products.

3-The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the main characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sale price, the payment method, and the delivery conditions on the website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

4-The product will be delivered to BUYER in 30 to 90 business days according to customization requests.

5-Additional costs can be required according to BUYER's requests. The BUYER will be informed about the additional costs before payment & delivery.

6-The BUYER will be informed about the product before purchase. The design can only be sold to one BUYER. The SELLER is responsible for that.

7-If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/entity to whom the delivery will be made refuses to accept the delivery.

8-The price must be paid using the payment method preferred by the SELLER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered to be released from the obligation to deliver the product. Currently, payment method via IBAN (commercial account).

9-The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as single-use products, copyable software and programs, perishable products, or products with an expired expiration date. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the purchase of these designs. The 'Limited View' screen seen on the product page is intended to provide information about the product and is a non-copyable image to allow the BUYER to gain information about the product.

10-In the implementation of this agreement, consumer courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER shall have jurisdiction. If the BUYER is located abroad, the SELLER's courts are valid.

11-In the event that the order is fulfilled, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
